Vodafone aims to drive growth and to deepen the customer relationship in the consumer segment. The Global Rewards Platform contributes to this by offering a portfolio of attractive and exclusive 3rd party rewards via the MyVodafone app as key digital consumer touch point and at the same time creates the foundation to build a global Commerce Platform to deliver incremental revenues.

 

As the Delivery Manager Rewards, you will be responsible to prepare, plan and drive the delivery of the Global Rewards Platform to new markets adopting the service. You will be responsible for the integration of the platform, the launch of the Rewards Service as well as to coordinate release upgrades together with the local markets adopting the service. 

 

Key responsibilities: 
?    Project management for new market integrations
?    Planning and management of features that have local dependencies 
?    Consult the Product Owner in backlog and roadmap planning
?    Effective stakeholder expectation and escalation management
?    Regular communication of status
?    Ensure an appropriate level of quality for all deliveries 
?    Transition project deliveries into Service Lifecycle
?    Minimising dependencies and driving the resolution of risks & issues
?    Role model and shape a trustful and collaborative culture 
?    Inspire and form an effective project team to delivery within a matrix environment

 

We are looking for a pro-active, self-driven and problem-solving mindset combined with strong communication skills and excitement to collaborate in a cross functional and international team are key for this role. Job Responsibility

Key deliverables: 
?    Responsible E2E for delivery
?    Actively manage business priorities to ensure delivery and drives the identification of risks, issues, dependencies and resolution of conflicting priorities at larger project level
?    Project Delivery on schedule, budget, and quality with agreed scope including managing change
?    End-to-end knowledge
?    Stakeholders? identification and appropriately involved in the delivery

 

What we are looking for:
?    Project Management Experience 
?    Demonstrated knowledge of Agile frameworks
?    Experience of working on projects that span multi-disciplinary areas of differing size and complexity 
?    Understanding of the importance and principles of business benefits and their realisation 
?    Strong time-management skills and being comfortable working under pressure
?    Self-motivated individual with excellent organisational, presentation and analytical skills
