What you can look forward to:
As a Manager (m/f/d) IT Solution Management Digital Contact Center Services you actively shape the Vodafone Spirit. You are responsible for the IT-technical solution design as well as the development in customer service projects and control the strategic further development and the life cycle management of the contact center applications (chat, voicebots, robotics, speech analytics etc.). You will develop solution and architecture recommendations as well as concepts to ensure a future-proof platform. In addition, as a lead designer you will regularly manage international projects and ensure quality and timely implementation with external partners. And you develop and implement new innovative technologies and methods. This is how you successfully implement your task of continuously digitizing the service for customers at Vodafone. What distinguishes you:
- You have sound experience with using efficient and innovative system analysis and software development methods as well as data and process modelling.
- You have technology experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google) and contact centre applications such as GENESYS and Nuance as well as experience in telecommunications.
- You have very good communication skills in an international context.
- You have good knowledge of English (B2 according to CEFR).
- You have a university degree in (business) informatics, engineering, mathematics or a comparable qualification and at least five years of professional experience in IT solution design, software development and/or IT project management in an agile environment (SAFe).
This position may be full-time or near full-time part-time (minimum 30 hours).
