What you can expect: 

  • As “Manager Business Relationship Management” (m/f/d) you are accountable to manage all aspects of establishing and maintaining a close and positive relationship with all OSS stakeholders on all management levels.  
  • You understand the business priorities and objectives of the OSS stakeholders and ensure that the OSS portfolio is well aligned to that. This includes reporting as well as respective stakeholder reviews. 
  • In particular you own the short- and long-term budget planning in order align the OSS development with the strategic objectives. 
  • You manage stakeholder escalations and initiate, communicate and monitor corrective actions. 
  • You trigger synergies and harmonization opportunities based on the wider European OSS portfolio. 
  • You will act as strategic advisor to the Digital Networks und OSS Management. 

What distinguishes you:

  • A degree in engineering (Bachelor’s/Master’s) in telecommunications or computer science or a comparable discipline. 
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in the telecommunications environment or IT.  
  • Strong communications and negotiations skills complemented with a successful track record of portfolio management. 
  • Confident to work in a multicultural / multinational environment. 
  • Ability to build trust and manage stakeholders in a diversified matrix organization. 
  • Business fluency in English according to GER/C1. 

This position may be full-time or part-time (minimum 30 hours).

We are filling this position at the Düsseldorf location for Vodafone GmbH.
