What you can look forward to:
As a Scrum Master (m/f/d), you actively shape the Vodafone Spirit. You are responsible for the Scrum process and its implementation in your software development team as well as the constant improvement to the high performing team. You are a protector: in your team, especially in the event of unauthorized interventions during a sprint, and you permanently remove impediments that hinder your team. You support your team in all agile team events as well as in the preparation and implementation of PI planning, inspect & adapt at the agile release train level and take part in agile release train ceremonies such as the SoS. In addition, you see yourself as a servant leader, sparring person, coach, give impulses and feedback within and outside of the agile release train. And you work closely with the Product Owner, Program Management, Release Train Engineers, Agile Portfolio Manager and Agile Program Manager. This is how you successfully implement your task of supporting one of our software development teams as part of one of the largest IT & SAFe transformations in our industry. Our flexible working hours with part-time and home office options enable you to successfully combine your private life and your role as a Scrum Master (m/f/d).
What distinguishes you:
- You have a qualification as a certified Agile Coach, SAFe Advanced Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or similar.
- You have excellent relationship skills.
- You promote an inclusive team culture as well as continuous training as part of your mentality.
- You have very good knowledge of written and spoken German and English (C1 as per CEFR).
- You have a university degree in (business) informatics, engineering, mathematics or natural sciences and at least five years of professional experience as Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer in agile IT solution design or agile software application development.
This position may be full-time or near full-time part-time (minimum 30 hours).
