What awaits you:

  • As Head of Customer Fulfilment for the German market, you are responsible for the "technical appearance for our customers" in the entire fixed network area of the German market.
  • You are responsible for the only unit at Vodafone that interacts directly with our customers in their homes, accompanied by technical calls - conducted by internal and external staff and technicians.
  • You will be responsible for defining and taking ownership of the Customer Fulfilment strategy for your German market, ensuring full alignment with the overall Customer Fulfilment strategy for Europe and its Blueprint operations.
  • You will be responsible for significantly improving the service experience: zero issues, digital first, expert resolution - and for the execution of sales.
  • You will bring impetus from Germany to the leadership team to improve exchange and collaboration through close alignment with other Customer Fulfilment markets and Customer Fulfilment Shared Functions, but also with other units within the German market: COPS, SCM, HR, Finance, Legal, Compliance and Marketing.
  • You are responsible for the leadership and development of the employees inside the German market.

What distinguishes you:

  • A degree with at least 10 years of professional experience in successfully managing large operational units with more than 150 employees in Customer Fulfilment organizations.
  • Previous experience in an international environment recommended.
  • Deep technical understanding, especially in the telecom industry.
  • Profound knowledge of fixed and DSL network repair and provisioning processes as well as the Customer Journey and very good knowledge of the Vodafone product portfolio.
  • High customer inside orientation as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire.
  • Excellent German and English language skills in spoken and written (C1 according to GER).

This position can be full-time or part-time (min. 30 hours).

We are filling this position at the Düsseldorf location for Vodafone GmbH. There will be employees in Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Hannover, Leipzig, Heidelberg and Kerpen.
